Hi, @lducas , there are some differences between Dilithium paper and in Dilithium.py.

In paper,

However, in Dilithium.py

self.zeta_prime = max(2gamma1, 4gamma2 + 1)

Is there a difference between adding 1 and adding 2? May be a error!
