resource comparison is failing due to the "s" field getting modified in current

This issue makes the operator gets stuck in applying resources.

Using server side apply patch is recommended by the k8s community https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/using-api/server-side-apply/

There is no need to compare the objects everytime, just apply patch
