Broken page on old URLs

In the past week, I've encountered at least two sources that link to old versions of the URL structure at PG.

Here's one: https://www.doineedavpn.com/

It links to: https://www.privacyguides.org/vpn/

That results in this error:

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 1 at column 1: Start tag expected, '<' not found
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

I'm not sure if there is a redirect set up that is just not working. But if there isn't a redirect, I also suggest adding one.
