"flow" (or any other) state is not showing up in metrics & "connections_total_enabled" was set to "true". rabbitmq v3.8.8

The flow (or any other) state is not showing up in metrics
connections_total_enabled was set to true
After setting connections_total_enabled to true the node was rebooted.
rabbitmq v3.8.8

Is it working at all? I'm not sure if it's related, but I saw that issue: #100
