Please use the right hostname when trying to access the webui (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN)

You tried testing the binary executable of SNMP Exporter 0.28.0, and when I click the submit button, there's an issue with the redirect, and the IP disappears directly.

confirmed - the ui has the wrong form action set
