chore: pin v0.6.0 release version

Minor bump from v0.5.10 — accumulates harness v1.2.0 (language/actor/semantic
experts) + v1.3.0 (Kotlin R1/R2 sealing, EdgeKinds registry, Roslyn Phase 1
foundation) + v1.4.0 (Orleans fixture, Phase 2 docker images, SemanticCommand
1→5 languages).

New surfaces:
- `codescan semantic <sub>` — install / self-check / analyze / clear / status
  for 5 languages (csharp Phase 1 full + typescript Phase 2-A full + kotlin/go/
  python stubs).
- Models/EdgeKinds — 12 const edge kinds (6 structural + 5 actor-model + 1
  virtual-actor Activates) as 1st-class discoverable slots.
- Services/Semantic — AOT-safe host (Process + JsonDocument + SHA256) for the
  semantic-docker NDJSON contract.
- docker/semantic-* — 5 container images (csharp + typescript full matchers,
  kotlin/go/python stubs with matcher specs).
- TestSample/csharp-orleans — virtual-actor fixture extending the 3→4 toolkit
  cross-matrix.

KotlinAnalyzer R1 (private/abstract constructor + multi-line header) and R2
(super-call as creates) sealed by a structural pre-pass — 108 → 125 tests pass,
zero regressions.
