Merge child repository "disco" into cleanco

I have open sourced Deep Discovery's in-house improvement of cleanco called disco: https://github.com/rjurney/disco mostly created by @marekmodry

It handles non-latin languages much better than cleanco did a couple of years ago. It is also much faster than cleanco was at that time. I am interested in getting this code into cleanco, if possible so people can use it.

@petri I am starting out by adding all the terms data we added.

@petri could you please take a look in here and tell me how we might merge this stuff in? It adds Chinese name support but most importantly it makes things MUCH more efficient.

Yeah the code was very inefficient at a time and there were some optimizations by me at some time, not sure if that was before or after your work. I don't really have time to work on this atm beyond maybe taking a look at a PR, but maybe I could try out Codex on this somehow..

@petri take a look at my PR - it expands coverage for many more countries and corporate types in a very simple addition of termdata.

Partially implemented in #96 which added lots of country and corporate ending closure.

The LRU cache improvements remain.

Ok. Could you make a PR for those based on current cleanco main? Maybe just the most significant ones at first if it's too much to add all those at once?
