Some sections of grafana dashboards have no data, or report errors. #221

Describe the Bug
On the postgresql dashboard the replication lag shows no data and has an error reported "retention policy not found: Forever"
On the puppetdb dashboard sync duration reports no data
Expected Behavior
Dashboard sections should show data
Steps to Reproduce
Bring up the grafana dashboards
Environment
P.O.D Version 2.3.0
Influxdb version 2.6.1
Grafana version 8.5.27
Additional Context
We recently updated the version of POD module to 2.3.0 (from 1.9.0) which updated grafana (from 8.2.7) when it was applied to the system - the version of influxdb was not updated).
