2FA does not work for me with safe haven login on the first try with sms

Describe the bug
This is a weird one, but it has been reproducible in the UI for a while for me. Basically, if I login and request a 2fa code via sms, it fails on the first try 100% of the time. I have to click the link to have the code sent again in order to actually receive a single code. Notable, I never get 2 codes, so it isn't just a delay, alarm.com just reliably fails to send the first one.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Attempt to login with sms 2fa. Get stuck at the 2fa code step.

Expected behavior
I'd like a button to force sending the code again. This would allow it to work with my provider.

I've updated the report slightly, as it turns out that with email, it does send the code immediately. Unfortunately, the login still fails. I'm guessing this is because of #537

Today when I logged in by the browser it required me to add MFA to the account.
I added all three and none of them worked with home assistant.
