SCALED is messed up if taskbar is on the side

Environment:

• Operating system Windows 10
• Python version (3.10.1) :

Current behavior:
Windows being stretched to a size that is taller than the PC's resolution.
Expected behavior:
I expected the window being scaled to a sensible window size that doesn't exceed the resolution of the PC.

after some test, it seems to be the same case when the taskbar is at the bottom (I have Windows 11), and it makes a complete mess in my computer.

I am on windows 10 however. If I have the taskbar on the bottom, it works alright. But if the taskbar is on the side, it is a mess.

Hello, I maybe found a solution yo your problem, in your windows parameters, is your display scaled ?
