3.2 installation pip<8 requirements #184

Hi,
thank you for your wonderful script. I know it's unlikely you'd still support 3.2.2 , but there are a few BB10 users trying to get this running
I get however into this issue when trying to install https://bootstrap.pypa.io/pip/3.2/:
Tried the setup from source https://pypi.org/project/pip/7.1.2/#files and even bringing in setuptools. I think your get-pip package is our best bet. If anyone has time to look at this a bit, I'd appreciate it.
