Reason for request

I had only one primary email set (my work email) and have since departed the company. I still have password, TOTP, and recovery codes, but can not add a new email (even though a banner (below) says that is an option). There also does not appear to be a path to use the recovery codes to regain access to add a new email address. FWIW. I have to lie and say I don't have recovery codes to submit this ticket. 😁
