[UX] Handle insanely long project names better in the UI

So.. I was looking at the JSON response of the simple API endpoint and this was at the very end of the output:

The name overflows the visual boundaries of the UI components. Perhaps, some wrapping needs to happen. Also: do we need better project name length limitations? The uploader just wanted to be clever (the description hints they wanted the project to be the last in the list).
