Drop universal wheel support

Thanks for the heads up. I'll probably just add a non-universal build since we still work with py2. (yeah, i know... but until it brings me pain to keep supporting it, meh)

@bkmgit as for this, it's the universal setting that is being deprecated. But python-tag is not and can be used to achieve the same: tlsfuzzer/tlsfuzzer@ad2546d / tlsfuzzer/tlsfuzzer#1001.

never been to one, nope... i'm only about four hours away so no really good excuse. just being lazy. i'm also not really all that community involved these days, sadly. :[ thanks for the heads up on this though.
