Missing torch-tensorrt 2.4.0 package in the pytorch index

Not sure if there has been any announcement or reference about this, but I noticed that I can no longer download torch-tensorrt==2.4.0 from the PyTorch wheel index. The package was still available there a few months ago.

Has the PyTorch team removed (or stopped hosting) Torch-TensorRT packages prior to version 2.6 from this index, or is this an expected change in availability?

I noticed the same — it seems wheels for torch-tensorrt < 2.6.0 are no longer available on the PyTorch wheel index. I couldn’t find any official notice regarding this — could someone kindly clarify if this is intentional and what the plan is for supporting older PyTorch versions?

We will check with PyTorch Infra. AFAIK there shouldn't have been a change here.

@GdoongMathew @bhimrazy, The packages are still available on the cuda specific indexes: e.g. https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu121/torch-tensorrt/. The main index does not have them due to a bug that PyTorch infra is looking at but hopefully that WAR will work for you in the time being.

HI all deploying the fix for this: pytorch/test-infra#7599 . This should be resolve once this is lands and s3 update job completes.
