Overview map issues

The map at

https://pyviz.org/overviews/index.html

has a few issues:

• The link from Vaex to Bokeh has never been correct IMO
• Bokeh could also be linked to Pandas-Bokeh and Chartify

Also mpld3 has been defunct now for more than half a decade.

All true; hopefully someone will make a better map at some point!

I thought the person with the visio or draw.io or whatever source for the image might do that :)
