need to create sh and bat files for db drivers

Need to come up a plan for installing jdbc drivers and install them locally for the development purpose. One option is to create sh/bat files to curl it and install them or any other better and simple way needed to be done.

any specific driver we are looking ?

Just start with for oracle now. Usually we need drivers that are not available thru maven central repo. This requirement only for test scope only .
