Showing Stalled Uploading (1), Do I need to "unstall" something?

On the status bar there is showing

Inactive (1)
Stalled (1)
Stalled Uploading (1)

Otherwise
Seading (1)
Completed (1)
Resumed (1)

When I have the Peers tab clicked intermittently I see various people connecting.

Is there something I should adjust or is everything ok?

everything should be fine.

Stalled Uploading (1) means that right now no one downloads from you.
just try to download something popular, so you will see how it will be seeded.

peers you see "for a moment" may be result of DHT nodes discovery.

but if you care about seeding torrent, please check is port used by qBittorrent forwarded and publicity reachable (you can use for example https://canyouseeme.org/ to check that).

I find the port by looking at settings. It's "port used for incoming connections:" 10256
I put that into canyouseeme.org and I get

Error: I could not see your service on on port (10256)
Reason: Connection timed out

that means that you are not reachable for peers. there may be few reasons:

• firewall in your OS blocks incoming connections. check its settings. can't say anything there, I don't use such software neither Windows (or some Linux distros) where it is built-in and blocks almost anything by default.
• you should configure port forwarding on your router. actually this is required in rare cases, when UPnP didn't forward it. but to get UPnP working it must be enabled in application (qBittorrent has this option) and on the router itself. check router and application settings.
• you are behind the ISP' NAT and no direct incoming connections are possible. this is pretty common. use VPN which allows port forwarding and peer-to-peer traffic (aka "torrenting") to bypass this. I can recommend AirVPN, it is cheap and has all required options.

but everything above is actual only if you care about seeding, it is not important to have opened port just for downloading.

This is something that I also cannot manage to understand if it is an issue or not. Would be nice to have some clearer documentation on this
