Display agent version statistics for connected nodes using identify protocol

Use the identify protocol for retrieving the agent version of all connected peers. Display a summary of agent versions in use each time on_slot_started is called in the timeline. This should include the percentage of connected nodes running each agent version (e.g., "x% running agentA, y% running agentB", etc.).
