Fix register user

@teravest pointed out that there are a couple of problems with this issue:

• There's a problem with the layout (this issue depends on Agpasswordreset #607 being fixed).
• The code is a little bit messy.
• Catch and deal with the exception that can gets thrown when a user tries re-register a kit.(fixed by Hide exception from users when they try to register twice #682)
