Upgrade vite to 7.3.7 and refresh source-map-js and brace-expansion (#90)

Raise the vite floor from ^7.3.5 to ^7.3.7 and let npm update the two
transitive packages inside their declared ranges: source-map-js 1.2.1 to
1.2.2 (via postcss and css-tree) and brace-expansion 1.1.18 to 1.1.21
(via minimatch 3). All three are development dependencies; nothing in
the built extension changes.
