Necesito referencias entre capítulos de un Book que rendericen como enlaces HTML entre páginas y como enlaces internos en PDF, preservando el texto personalizado del enlace ('Anexo B', 'Anexo C', etc.) sin depender de @sec-*; en general algunas cosas no dejan de necesitar refuerzo inter formato.
