Here is my code submission as the solution to the technical test. The instructions provided are included, and my implementation follows the guidelines and requirements outlined.

Installation

# Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/quentinlamamy/lazy-cat.git

Run

⚠️  Ensure that nodejs is installed and in your PATH and not a too old version, i'm on latest (spec doesn't specify a version ¯\(ツ)/¯, 22 will be enough i think )

# Filtering
node app.js --filter=<filterString>

# Counting
node app.js --count

# Filtering and counting
node app.js --filter=<filterString>
