Bug Description

.deb release of the Linux version, I am unable to add an any providers. I add whatever one and hit save and it closes the modal as if it worked but nothing is saved and I can't use models.

Steps to Reproduce

Open that app
Hit new provider
Select openrouter
Paste in key
Hit save
No provider added

How often does this occur?

Always

Additional Information (optional)

No errors when launched in terminal and going through the steps.
Launching as sudo/root does not help so it does not appear to be a permissions issue.
Also tried will all the other providers and none work.
