Describe the bug

https://x.com/bbcworld and https://x.com/BBCWorld shouldn't be treated as different URLs, but Raindrop treats them as such.
I've just realized I probably have a ton of duplicates from bookmarking pages twice or even thrice because Raindrop let me.

The only part of URLs that are case-insensitive are the scheme and host - the path, query, and fragment are all case sensitive. Even if many sites, like Twitter, treat the path in a case-insensitive manner, that's not guaranteed, so Raindrop should treat them as distinct URLs.
