Feature Request: Watch theme file for changes

It would be cool if we could optionally add a new rule in rio config - let it always watch the theme file for changes while rio term is running. I am currently using matugen for theme color generation, and matugen will overwrite the theme file, but rio term cant pick up the changes unless I open new window.

check this out - the left window is old / already running instance, and the right window is created new after matugen modified theme file.

The theme file you mean the rio theme file? I thought it was working already
