Microsoft Defender signals version 2.1.31 of the installer as "unrecognized" and issues a warning

Under Windows 10, trying to run the raphnet-tech_adapter_manager-install-2.1.31.exe installer causes Microsoft Defender to show a dialogue indicating:

Windows protected your PC
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

App:
raphnet-tech_adapter_manager-install-2.1.31.exe
Publisher:
Unknown publisher

Of course, I know the program is safe since it comes from your GitHub but this may dissuade quite a few users from running it.

It seems registering with Microsoft so that Defender includes it in its lists is not too difficult so maybe that's worth considering?

This will also cause them to scan the program in advance to avoid possible false positive.
