[Notion] Can't create new database page

Description

I cant create a new database page using that extension command. When i save the information it continuously gives me and error that says it "failed to create page".

Steps To Reproduce

1. hit command to create new database page
2. type in notes and select the appropriate database
3. hit command + enter to save and create page
4. normally page would be created at this step but get an error here now

Current Behaviour

1. hit command to create new database page
2. type in notes and select the appropriate database
3. hit command + enter to save and create page
4. failed to create page

Expected Behaviour

1. hit command to create new database page
2. type in notes and select the appropriate database
3. hit command + enter to save and create page
4. page created

Does it happen for all databases?

No. I normally only have one database linked with it, but when i just tested it with a different database it did create the page

I tried removing and then adding the database base but no luck
