Missing version 1.3?

I'm just starting to play around and having a hard time with the v2 demo printing to serial after flashing. Perhaps I've got the board set incorrectly to NodeMCU ESP-12. It was pretty much the only ESP-12 in my list.

I see the file schematic/esptoy_v13.sch so perhaps this is just my issue.
