Formatting of text fields

Rationale / Begründung

Enable the formatting of answers in text fields. Being able to structure answers and highlight certain parts is important, in particular when DMPs are used as living documents.

Minimal functionality

In text fields, it would be nice to be able to format answer texts, e.g. by using Markdown syntax for headings, lists, bold and italics.

Nice-to-have functionality

Formatting-preserving views and export, in particular to Open Office and Microsoft Office.

Hi @berndzey, we do not plan to integrate a rich text editor into RDMO, but we can think about allowing markdown syntax. So far, we hesitated, since we could not clean the user input properly. With this PR #1509 it might become not so hard to allow for more formatting by the users. I cannot make any promises how quick this will be implemented.
