The CI fail because it use vcsrepo version The vcsrepo dropped Puppet 6 in the latest release: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-vcsrepo/blob/v6.0.0/metadata.json#L79 |

Bump @rehanone, this PR would the necessary documentation on all parts of this module and the REFERENCE.md. The later will be displayed on the module page (e.g. stdlib Reference) and can help users to use this module. |
