[Docs] React router docs do not load reliably

For the last week or so I have not been able to use the docs reliably. There are 2 issues that alternate pretty consistently:

1. 503 Cache issues - These happen for me both on initial page load, and on client side routing transitions (the .data request gets a 503 and the whole app errors out)

2. Extremely slow data requests when changing pages - sometimes 5 seconds, sometimes 45.

I am having this issue on MacOS - i've tried Arc, Firefox, cache disabled. I even tried on another laptop.

Please let me know what other info might be helpful to investigate this.
