Considering upstreaming changes

I've been prototyping a Cloudflare PR to update to the latest lol-html in cloudflare#15, while incorporating the build changes in this fork.

I wanted to first get your opinion as to whether you'd be okay to sign off on some re-merging work here? We'd make sure to credit yourself / this fork in the readme.

Sure, feel free to do that. I also had problems getting the repo to build with latest cargo and wasmpack dependencies so you will need to do some investigation on your part too

Awesome! thank you @remorses (and @guybedford). We really like your changes and I think everyone could benefit from them being upstreamed and kept up to date with the latest changes to lol-html.
