that means they have the same repository id. both names belong to the same repository in database.

i was able to reproduce, if you rename the repo in our DB we have development-image
but we do not have php-dev

and, now you should see php-dev in the Installed Apps in the renovate github application, but you will not see development-image.

there's a bug, we are looking into it.

@ro0NL as a workaround: please try to do any changes to the configuration of the app selected repos https://github.com/apps/renovate
it will trigger a new sync and might solve the issue.

you could just add/remove any repo to the selected repositories,
selecting all repositories might trigger onboarding on all your repos (if its enabled) and this might cause a spam of onboarding PRs for you over all repos on your organization.
