IBM Semeru (adoptopenjdk API?) support for java-version datasource

Why

Here's a few cases for when this has been asked for:

• Support for ibm-semeru-runtimes Docker images #30333
• feat(manager/asdf): add support for java semeru and semeru-jre #25063

How

There may be multiple ways to solve this, here are some ideas:

1. Use GitHub Releases, similar to:

   • https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Java/blob/master/bucket/semeru-lts-jre.json#L18-L19
   • As earlier discussed here:
     • feat(manager/asdf): add support for java semeru and semeru-jre #25063 (comment)
   • Manually solved here (using customDatasources):
     • https://github.com/MPV/renovate-asdf-semeru/blob/cbeaf57701212847ff39ceea3aee00ee0f2d4da2/renovate.json#L7-L27
     • Update dependency java to v11.0.26+4_openj9-0.49.0 (from 11.0.20.1+1_openj9-0.40.0) - autoclosed MPV/renovate-asdf-semeru#3

2. Use the AdoptOpenJDK API

   • i.e. along the lines of:

For some details on why Semeru isn't included in the Adoptium API but via the AdoptOpenJDK API:

  Clients that require OpenJ9/Semeru builds for now can continue to use AdoptOpenJDK. However, should look out for the upcoming Semeru api that will be the future delivery channel for Semeru builds.

Given the IBM flavor of Java is quite common, maybe having support for it built-in (using GH releases or whatnot) maybe is desirable?
