Today, Renovate created a PR to update mcr.microsoft.com/playwright to version v1.51.0-noble. This version was last published on 6th March (4 days ago) (https://mcr.microsoft.com/en-us/artifact/mar/playwright/tags). Why isn't "minimumReleaseAge": "7 days" followed? The npm package @playwright/test did not have a PR created, it was also published on 6th March.
