PR is not created

Dear all,

I have a problem with the Renovate tutorial which I hope you can help me with.
I followed all steps of the tutorial, but I don't see the generated PR anywhere. It should appear in de pull request tab of shabloel/turorial I assume.

Am I missing something?

I re-selected my repository and it does pick it up. A small glitch I guess.
