TRestSignalDeconvolutionProcess to be recovered from quarantine #5
Description
This process is strongly connected with issue #4. Once TRestRawFFT is operative again, the first application is to use it to migrate TRestSignalDeconvoltutionProcess towards TRestRawDeconvolutionProcess.
