Citation key query - always use letter postfix

Hi, I'm a long time Jabref user but would love to move to Zotero instead. My current bib files use citation keys in the format author.lower + '_' + year + a/b/c... So I use letter postfixes from the first entry, not only in the event of a clash (smith_2025a even if there are no further Smith (2025) entries).

Is there any way to set the citation keys under BBT to include postfix letters for every entry? And perhaps to import existing citation keys from Jabref so BBT doesn't incorrectly assign postfix letter to my existing entries (which would have received postfixes in order of their entry into Jabref).
