Bottom spacing of nav item text stack and ToC headers should be the same

Hello,

It would be more consistent if the bottom spacing of nav item text stack and ToC headers would be the same.

As you can see on the following image, the bottom spacing between "Introduction" and "Getting started" is less prominent that the spacing between "Contents" and "An integrated experience".

In my opinion, the bottom spacing of the text stack is the right one and ToC should use the same value.

Similarly, those 3 should probably be vertically aligned
