Not sure if it's just me doing something wrong or what, but I noticed that version 4.6.0 and also previous version 4.4 (not 100% sure about the version) copies all markdown files to the output folder.
Normally, a markdown file would result in a folder with index.html - but recently, the folder has index.html AND the original markdown file as well.
Is this by design? Is there any way to NOT include the source markdown files in the output?
