Abstract utility functions to create transactions/proofs and make a
standalone library with them. This library could then be used for mobile wallets or
even other desktop wallets

  • Decide where to keep these functions: A big discussion point is whether we should
    then move this functions right into librgb or keep them outside in a "libwally-like" library.
