Empty Select process to attach Popup window

Describe the bug

1. The select process to attach popup window because empy after detaching a attached process
2. Whiling scrolling and browsing the process list, it is lagging.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to select process to attach popup window
2. Select a process to attach
3. Detach the attached process
4. Re-open the select process to attach popup window, and there are empy now

Expected behavior

1. Scrolling and browsing should be smoothy
2. Re-select the process to attach should work, and process list should no be empy
