resets balance settings of devices when volume is changed (this is a problem for some devices like JBL flip 6)

I tired to connect two JBL flip 6 speakers one for the left and another for the right stereo channel creating Multi-Output device in MIDI audio setup. To do that for one device I decrease 2nd stream slider to 0 and for another 1st stream slider to 0 as muting options are greyed out.
This setup works until I try to use the MultiSoundChanters volume control, as it also resets these "zeroed" streams to same values on both devices and again bot devices play both streams (bot Left and Right channels).
