Export shape to CAD/DXF

Feature Request

Allo, one thing that would greatly improve workflow would be the ability to export the section to a CAD, or DXF file to import into our structural details. At the moment I can only see export to Fibre Section, but I'd imagining writing to a DXF instead of reading one wouldn't be too hard to implement.

Hi @EngDM, sectionproperties does not handle the parsing of CAD files. It uses the python library cad-to-shapely for dxf files and rhino_shapely_interop for rhino files. I suggest requesting this feature in one of these repos as this is outside of the scope of sectionproperties.
