Monthly Opencode Go usage showing a wrong value

Description

Was using Opencode Go and tracking my monthly usage into Openusage and suddenly got that my monthly quota has ended. The Opencode says it is 100% usage and the Openusage says 84% of monthly used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Openusage
2. Use the Opencode Go plan
3. Use till the end of monthly quota
4. See if the % will match with real value

Expected Behavior

Show the right montly percentage of usage 100% when it finished

Actual Behavior

Showing 84% of usage but the dashboard and the CLI says it's 100% already

So unfortunately this is an open issue with OpenCode: anomalyco/opencode#16513

If they merge this, we could use it to make it more accurate.
