Finding area of the masks predicted on new image using a trained module

Hey, I was able to replicate the working area for training in my system. I saw the prediction on new image, it's not that good but I believe it is something to be fixed on my end with more sample data. But my question is- Is there a way to determine the are of masks or size or shape? I can use a custom python function to do that, but I was wondering if there is any inbuilt functions like that that can gives us area in pixels?
