Wrap ufoLib exceptions #198

This sort of ties into unified-font-object/ufoLib#10. I recently ran into a problem where the ufoLib point pen would raise an exception. Maybe not every exception in ufoLib can be meaningfully outfitted with more details to tell people which glyph is the offending one, so it would be nice to have more exception wrappers as explained in https://blog.ionelmc.ro/2014/08/03/the-most-underrated-feature-in-python-3/.
