Mimic Joints need a Motor to be represented correctly #130

To represent mimic joints in MARS it is required, that the Model defines a Motor for each mimic joint. This seems to be a hack. IMO, the model should online contain motors that relate to real motors. MARS should solve the mimic movement internally.

This should be considered in MARS2. @annaborn, @malter what do you think?
