proxychains-ng doesn't work with rsync.

glancing over rsync's code i see nothing out of the ordinary so i guess it should work. the line with 224.0.0.2 suggests that hooking succeeded, too. so maybe it's just your timeouts being too small.
also there's apparently some output from proxychains missing which could give more clues. you can also try a verbose debug build of proxychains (make clean ; CFLAGS=-DDEBUG ./configure ; make)
